Description

<p>The L.I.M Mimic Vest from Haglöfs is ridiculously light at 155 g (L), yet it offers an unprecedented warmth-to-weight ratio. The insulation waistcoat relies on the latest technologies and knows how to use them skillfully.</p><p>The secret of the vest lies in the miracle material Graphene. Graphene is the thinnest, yet strongest material in the world (200 times stronger than steel). It is also flexible and extremely light - you could coat a football field with just one gram. In the L.I.M Mimic Vest, graphene is used in the nano partitions and also mixed into the Ultracluster synthetic fibre padding. This makes the jacket extremely light and at the same time has better thermal conductivity.</p><p>To round off the technical masterpiece, the L.I.M Mimic uses recycled polyamide for the outer material and recycled polyester for the insulation. The outer material is extremely thin, yet very abrasion-resistant and wind- and water-repellent.</p>
