This ensures a clean, No-fuss look and saves weight - practical when the bag is carried to the office on the shoulder strap.</p> <p>The QL3.1 suspension system is included in the delivery of the Commuter-Bag Urban QL3.1 pannier. The QL3.1 mounting set (item no. E201) and QL3.1 clamps for 11 to 16 mm tube diameters (item no. E191) are available separately.</p>
