<p>Are your legs heavy after training and never really recovered for the next session? The RecoveryAir JetBoots Prime from Therabody can help. The compression boots are quick to get you going again so that you can start every new training session feeling as refreshed as possible.</p> <p>They rely on pneumatic compression: both boots are inflated and deflated cyclically in the four overlapping pressure chambers. This provides a great boost to blood flow to the muscles, oxygen and nutrients arrive quicker and the recovery time is accelerated. The process also prevents muscle soreness.</p> <p>You can set the RecoveryAir JetBoots Prime to four pressure levels using the integrated control element, and you can also adjust the recovery time here.
