Despite its lightness, the pole guarantees high strength and stability. You can easily adjust the poles to the correct length with the twist-lock system. If you don't need the poles, you can shrink them to a compact 60 cm and put them in your backpack. The handles are made of breathable EVA foam, and the tips are made of solid tungsten carbide.&nbsp;<br></p>
